Royal Caribbean is easily a theme park on the ocean. These ships are all designed with vibrant multi colored lights and an array of great shows and architectural designs. One look at this cruise line and you’ll see how it stands apart from the rest. Founded in 1968 this cruise line has shot to the top as being one of the most booked cruise lines in the world.
There are a number of great ships in the fleet. but the crown jewel of the entire line up has to be “The Symphony of The Seas”. This ship being the largest passenger cruise ship in the world has a very unique design with a complete stage and water show in the rear along with huge water slides flowing from top to bottom of the ship.
Royal Caribbean Cruise line while being mostly prominent in Florida due to easy access to the Caribbean islands has ports all over the US and the world. Some ports outside of the US include Hong Kong, Vancouver and Amsterdam.
Let’s talk about what really makes this cruise line unique, and that has to be Perfect Day at Coco Cay. Coco Cay is a small island owned by the company that is about a mile wide in length. This little island belongs to a cluster of small islands in the Caribbean and has an array of rides, water themed attractions and food. There are also a number of hiking trails and water activities where all types of fish can be seen.
The island has a specific port where the cruise line can dock and lead guests directly to the fun. Over $250 million dollars has been spent over the years renovating and keeping the island and theme parks appearance which continue to grow and add to this very day.
If you happen to book a cruise setting sail out of Florida then be sure to check your itinerary for a day at Coco Bay.
