If you’re reading this then you must already know how much I love boba tea as mentioned in a previous article which you can read HERE. I was lucky enough to be introduced to a new location that just opened up here in the greater Los Angeles area on San Fernando rd called Rapha Tea. The manager “Bee” as she likes to be called was gracious enough to invite me as a guest and give me the run down along with a few Boba.
Their drinks are made to order so you know you’re getting something fresh each time. They have real Ube along with both traditional black boba and golden boba. They have a variety of drinks, but their house special is the called the Rapha Signature which has non dairy milk, black sugar sauce, sweet cream and black boba.
They have a unique variety of flavors that come with or without dairy for all my lactose intolerant readers. Just to sum up their drink variety, they have Taro Milk Tea, Passion fruit Butterfly, Ube Green Milk Tea, Aloha Sunshine, Ube Coffee, Thai Tea, their Rapha Signature and a very interesting one called Mangonada which you have to try yourself to believe.
Rapha Tea uses high quality teas in their drinks which means you won’t be getting what the competition is serving and you can count on a freshly made delicious drink every time.
I couldn’t help myself but splurge and try almost everyone that I listed with my favorite being the Taro Milk Tea, but the Rapha Signature was a close 2nd! I have found my new favorite boba spot! They have a few other locations, but none that are this local to Los Angeles. If you get the chance, stop by for your daily best.
